"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. "Hotel is above train station but it was still very quiet. Recently upgraded and well situated. They offer use of hot tub 1/2 hours per stay but need to reserve in advance, we were too late. Nice village and recommend meal at Kennedy in old town centre "

"The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for us — we were visiting Andorra and also wanted to explore parts of the French Pyrenees. The only inconvenience was that the rooms didn’t have air conditioning. However, the outside temperature was pleasant enough to enjoy a nice breeze in the room."

"The location of this hotel is fabulous and we love the option to get family apartments with multiple rooms and different bed configurations. However, we were surprised that some basic amenities were not provided. For example, there is a coffee machine but no filters (maybe a French press would be better - no need for filters). Also no large bowl for salad and nothing that can go in the oven (baking tray, casseroles). No dishwasher tabs or dish soap or dish towel, but they do expect guests to do the dishes. The dishwasher takes hours, making it impossible to do dishes and put them away (as requested) after breakfast but before checkout. We'll be aware for next time, but it would have been good to have more communication about this. Also when we arrived we were given an apartment that hadn't been cleaned. They quickly gave us a different one that was clean, but unfortunately didn't have as nice a view as the original one given to us. "
