"Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+"

"Thank you for a lovely stay - the room was very comfortable and spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. The only minor thing that could be improved would be to increase the size of the breakfast area (maybe let the main restaurant area be used) as the dining room was very crowded and we were lucky to get the last table available. The breakfast was good and the location perfect for visiting Perth and Scone Palace is a must visit. Cannot Thank the staff enough. Would stay again. "

"Our room was small, but clean and comfortable. The surrounding area is great - walking distance to shops, dining, historical places, and The Old Course. Easy to find parking - either the free lot nearby or street parking right in front (nominal cost and free at night ). The property manager was very helpful and responsive. We found the area to be quiet at night and busy during the day. We would stay here again. "
