"When I arrived at this property the owner finally answered the door, she said she had no knowledge of my booking. Finally I had to email her a copy of my confirmation. This wasn't made any easier by her statement that "she spoke no English" - the website clearly states multilingual staff. (In fact it later became clear she did speak English). The 'living-room' is actually set out as a shop and did not feel welcoming - I was not invited to use it anyway. The only restaurant in Salives was unable...

Quelle chance j'ai eu de réserver à cet endroit : l'accueil est exceptionnel, le logement immense, confortable et décoré avec un goût exquis. Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux. La logeuse est d'une grande douceur et propose à ses hôtes un éventail d'activités dans sa région. Je recommande en tous points. Bravo !"

"Domaine Gille offers good rooms with all the comfort you need. Nice hosts, good and quiet rooms, parking space, airco, fine breakfast. We stayed here with our children in the family room, and we were very pleased. Price/quality was exceptionally good."
