"The studio apartment itself was great - very spacious, very well-equipped and exceptionally clean. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The check in process was easy and straightforward. The location is good, being very close to Woolloongaba restaurants/eateries and an easy 18 minute walk to South Bank. Buses also run continuously to South Bank from the Mater Bus Station. The only negative thing I should mention, is that it is very noisy with constant traffic noise, sirens and helicopters,...

"The twin room was clean and had all the equipment in the kitchen that I needed. Location is great and this room is quieter than I had expected given the location near PA hospital. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Brisbane."

"The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned, with dirty carpets, stains on the lounge, mould and old soap in the bathroom, and rubbish/stuff under the couch. Both bathroom doors didn’t lock, a window latch was broken, the dryer didn’t work, requested drying rack never got a response. No cups or mugs in the apartment. We requested a partial refund due to the issues, but this was declined. Wouldn’t stay here again."

"Unfortunately, the apartment we were allocated was quite run down and did not feel clean or well maintained. The curtains were broken and hanging down, the shower and bathroom had significant mould, the carpet was dirty, and the mirrors were also unclean. Overall, this made the apartment feel quite unhygienic and in need of a thorough clean and some maintenance. Our friends’ apartment also had a large crack in one of the window panes, which was concerning. The common areas of the building were...
