"I like the Extended Stay that feels like home design of the unit. Amber was nice, friendly and respectful. All other staff in the breakfast room and at the checkout showed the same behavior towards us. We didn’t get a chance to encounter the other staff. My husband and I will use your facility again in the future when we’re in the area. Thanks and May God bless all of you!"

"I hadn't got all my days to stay correct and the staff helped me right away so I got my reservation correct. My dog is allowed and I'm a senior so stairs are difficult. They made sure I was on the ground floor. The building is old but it is clean and close to eating out and shopping. I love to stay here."

"This hotel is super convenient for short stays near PDX airport. The rooms and facilities are very clean and well kept. During my stay there was renovation in progress (elevator was out) however it was easy to get a room on the 1st floor and avoid stairs. Hot tub was phenomenal and great to relax in after traveling! I had a few deliveries to the front desk (birthday gifts) and the staff put them into the room as a surprise for my sister. I really appreciated their help! "

"Friendly staff, but the property needs to maintain the rooms better. Bathroom had very loose tiles -most of them. Beds were fine, bathtub had a crack on the floor so water seeps out when you shower. Wallpaper is peeling in a lot of areas, aged out furniture. Overall, it’s not super bad, it’s clean, the rooms just aren’t taken care of or replenished. Friendly staff overall. "

"When we got there, they were unable to find my reservation, which I had booked 3 months prior. There were no other vacancies, so this was a big scare! Turned out to be something Orbitz forgot to do on their end, and luckily the hotel had held a room back, and they got us in. Great hotel, and we love staying there!"
