"Really comfortable room. Well laid out, with everything that we needed. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Excellent value for money. We are our evening meal and breakfast at the diner. Food was delicious, fresh and service was excellent. "

"The customer service is extraordinary. We also got lucky and managed to play a twilight round of golf on our arrival evening. I lost my Apple Watch on the course but thanks to the extraordinary assistance from the reprint at the Manor House, the shuttle bus driver and George from the golf shop we managed to get it back before it was dark. The restaurant staff was also exceptional.What a lovely place and lovely people."

"The issue with check in was that the printer was down? We, along with another guest had to wait around 20+ minutes not knowing what was happening. The receptionist offered what seemed to be a complimentary drink. We had a beer but then another staff member asked for payment. We paid to avoid an issue. Everything else was really good and dog friendly also, would stay again when visiting family in Bristol. "
