"Breakfast was amazing. The staff working on them Breakfasts bar was awesome. Front desk was amazing. Maintenance was amazing. We had an issue with our air-conditioning unit went out that same day they fixed it. We just didn’t have any towels in our room. That was the only bad thing about it. But we make mistakes when we’re in that field."

"It was convenient to everything downtown-just a few blocks away. The bar was swamped every night so hard to get a happy hour drink or bites but otherwise great!"

"Walls are paper-thin. Neighbors sounded like they were in my room. Until 3 am. Was told I had a corner room, but I did not. Refrigerator in the room sounded like a deisel engine. No sleep. Otherwise, the staff was outstanding and nice. It is a nice hotel, just very poor soundproofing. "

"Great staff at the desk. Tiffany was great! Room was very modern. WiFi was mostly good. Location was central to downtown within walking distance of restaurants and cafes. Nice walking trail down by the water, too."

"Breakfast was free, liquid coffee but no complaints. Wait staff was very nice and engaging. Parking was easy, right out front door well lit and feeling safe. Room clean, neat, bed good pillows were weak. Bring my own next time. Front desk staff excellent. My second time at this location and both times were very good. Think about 15 minutes to Siesta Key beach. "

"Pancake machine broken to my granddaughter’s disappointment. They ran out of boiled eggs. The room was fine. Beds and pillows comfortable. I appreciated that beds were made up and clean towels supplied everyday. "

"The shower water went full cold while standing in it, housekeeping was asked to bring more decaf coffee and did not do so, the downstairs lobby bar was closed at nine o'clock on Friday evening - we were looking for an Irish coffee, the valet service is ridiculous at $50 per day, the room itself was very small with only one bathrobe, no sitting room and very poor storage for clothes. "Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was impressed to see many of the same staff from my visit four years ago, including vallet, Bellman, food service, and concierge. This says that the Ritz Carlton treats their employees well and in turn their customer service is top notch. "
