Hotel di Forest Hills

"We went to watch the LPGA play golf and had a room at a different hotel but when we got there we got notified by phone that our room had been cancelled, so we had to look for a hotel room else where. We were fortunate to find this hotel at a lower rate and much nicer area of Grand Rapids Michigan area. We will stay here next year at Holiday Inn Express. Great staff, clean rooms and a great breakfast!! We came from Joliet Il."

"Everything was beautiful high end new and just a lovely place to stay. The only concern was the roof top bar when chairs moved across the floor you could hear it in the room. However the high end bed, pillows, and linens along with a quiet a/c made falling asleep so much easier than many places we’ve stayed before. Thank you!"

"Verrrry poooor breakfast as compared to my past history of this property. Room 130am I had another person tried to enter into my room. The programed key they were given open the door. I had the security latch on so they could not enter. This was clearly a program at the desk in programming the key card. I exited in the am and the card given to me did not work when I returned. Had to have the desk reprogram the card. Room was clean, bed was comfortable."

"Everything was great except there are 2 hotels with the same name except North or South. Be careful when you put in your GPS to enter the one you are booked into. We ended up at the wrong one at midnight and had a hard time finding the correct one."

"This hotel is ok. Staff is friendly. My room smelled liked cigarettes one night. It’s relatively clean, but looks a bit dated. The $30 charge per hours for late check out seems excessive."

"The room was clean and the beds made well. Really nice having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The pool is great! The breakfast is good and a welcome meal. I will definetely book again on my next trip to Michigan"
