"Manche Ecken des Hotels und der Umgebung ähneln einem "Lost Place". Es wird viel getan, allerdings könnten Kleinigkeiten, wie z.B. Dreck in den Fluren, zeitnah beseitigt werden. Die Rezeption ist aktuell nur 8 Stunden besetzt, es ist aber eine Notfallnummer angegeben. Beim Frühstück war zumindest am ersten Tag viel Luft nach oben. Am zweiten Tag gab es schon etwas Auswahl, vergleichbar mit Ibis Standard. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam, die Zimmer sauber und ruhig ist es da oben...

"When we arrived they couldn't find the booking. It had me a little frustrated at first but the man at the desk offered us 2 rooms because we were with 3 people for the price of one room. It was a misunderstanding but they handled it very well. I would Def go again!!"

"Die Einrichtung ist zusammengeschustert, bei Einzelbuchung darf man das Doppelbett ( sind zwei getrennte Betten) nicht nutzen, es steht ein ganz einfaches Bett im Vorzimmer. Fenster waren bei Ankunft gekippt, dadurch war es sehr kalt im Zimmer. Fernseher mit Receiver etwas altmodisch. Einrichtung teilweise kaputt, z.b. Schiebetür der Dusche, Teile vom Stuhl haben gefehlt, die waren auch sehr wackelig. Personal war keines vor Ort. Positiv: Email mit Information zum Check in und wie man zum...

"Praktisch war der Schlüssel-Safe, so dass ich jederzeit ankommen konnte. Zimmer war groß und sauber. Frühstück war gut. Sehr gerne wieder!"

"Very quiet environment, b&b with seperate entrance for guests and 2 double bedrooms with each a private bathroom tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, spaciuous shower. On a lower level towards the garden and private parking you find a little kitchen where breakfast will be served. Very friendly & helpful owner, spotless clean, great comfort. Many restaurants within 10 min drive in St.Avold. Highly recommended."
