"The room was pretty clean with a nice tv, the bathroom was clean but had a couple hairs in the shower. Everything was adequate, my only complaint for the room was the bathroom, it was tiny with a very small toilet. Somehow I always get a very loud stomping person above me like 9 times out of 10. PSA If you’re staying on upper floors your room is for relaxing not stomping around and being loud."

"Loved the breakfast! Chef Russell prepared an amazing omelet! We arrived in time for evening reception, enjoyed our cocktails and then requested the shuttle drive us down to the Cascade shopping area. The shuttle driver was so kind and helpful! "Overall the room and property was clean and well maintained. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Property is in a good area with good food options in walking distance. We really only had two issue with our stay. One was that the fitted sheets barely fit the bed. The corner would pop off throughout the night and have to be constantly put back on. "The hotel feels a bit rundown, not as well cared for as I'm used to. The bathroom door in our room had a hole in it and was cracked all the way across the center, like someone had kicked it and the hotel staff decided not to replace it.
