We were in Mission Viejo visiting family and this hotel was recommended to us. Loved our stay there. The staff was friendly and the check in was smooth. The room was spacious and clean. The room was cleaned regularly. There is a small cafe in the lobby area with good breakfast and lunch options and Starbucks coffee. We only tried the breakfast and it was very good. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Very enjoyable experience
Overall everything was to our liking and comfort. Style, cleanliness, friendliness of staff, convenience, all great. My only comment is that it would have been nice to have a mirror in the bedroom so when other person is in the bathroom, you could put on makeup, dry hair, etc. A full length mirror on the bathroom door would have been great.

I love that it's quiet, clean and the area felt safe. There are a lot of shopping areas nearby and also some fast food restaurants and restaurants. It was nice.

Not a good stay
This stay was okay the room was dirty and the shower didn’t have cold water. It looked dated and old. Not happy

I thought charging 7 dollars to park overnight in a parking lot that is actually shared with other businesses and does not appear to be privately owned by Courtyard By Marriott was a nickel and dime tactic
