"Did not receive breakfast either day, despite replying to their message 24 hours in advance. But there are restaurants close by that deliver. TV and remote were finicky. Overall happy with the stay. Parking was good, and vibe was good. Very comfortable bed and room. Took a shower in the soaker tub đ also, bathroom is not private! Had to kick my husband out a few times."

"Pros: Kitchen appliances were helpful, staff was friendly, newer property, bed comfortable, bathroom clean, convenient location (BYU and UVU nearby; Top Golf right next door!!)
Cons: Doors are loud when they close, and I was on the first floor with some road noise. Floors could have been a little cleaner.
Overall, I would stay again, especially for the price I paid."

"This property was absolutely disgusting. The photos are AI!!! The parking lot, walk ways, and stair wells were not maintained. The garbage cans were overflowing and there were cigarette butts everywhere (on a supposedly non-smoking property). Our room was unlivable. The walls had stuff all over and the bathroom was not cleaned at all. The shower curtain and bathroom door were covered in what looked like blood. The floors looked like theyâve never been cleaned. "Parking situation is terrible. Youâre not assured a parking spot for booking with them. Even if you do find parking, they may wake you up at an unconventional time to move your car.
Additionally, we were locked out of our room because the swinging door latch for whatever reason was toggled. The place is rundown and lacking proper upkeep. Please spend the extra money to have a better stay."

"I asked for another room because the air conditioner was very noisy and had a sour dank smell and the bed had a crater in it.
The second room was a bit better. Rooms are very basic. TV is cable only.
The hallways were dirty and windows needed cleaning. Pool was out of commission.
The breakfast area was dirty with tables needing wiped off and items needing restocked but attendant wasnât around."

"The breakfast was good and well stocked. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was mediocre for the money spent, was unable to sleep all night on the very bad bed, I slept on the chair was much more comfortable. The tv selection was horrible for the family. Keys demagnetized immediately if set by phone or any electronics. The pool and hot tub are very small. I booked with the reviews and I was very disappointed with my stay."
