"We had a very pleasant stay at Residence du Parc - Val D'Europe. Our visit was for the Disney parks, which are very close by. We would recommend a printed instruction on how to use public transportation to get to and from the parks."

"The hotel was absolutely beautiful and very modern. The bed was comfy but the two singles do slide apart very easily which then creates a gap in the middle of the bed. The free transfer bus to Disney was very useful and punctual and driver was very friendly! We have zero complaints about our stay except the hotel held a 1st birthday event while we were there so we had no access to the facilities that night, when we went outside to collect our Uber Eats we found the guests attending the event were extremely rude and gave us very judgemental looks as we were not ‘dressed up’ and would not let us past. Everything else was perfect and the pool was a really nice treat! We would definitely stay again!"

"Hotel was ideal for going to disneyland with a free shuttle service to get there and back . We had 2 adjoining family rooms which were lovely with double bed and bunk beds (but nit your standard bunk beds as they are not attached to each other. "Our cabin was brand new and sparkling clean as were the general facilities with all the special touches you would expect from a Disney property. Unfortunately they were so new that when the AC in our room would not change to cooling mode, nobody from the staff knew how the system worked. We made two calls to the front desk and two visits from the maintenance technicians later it still wasn't resolved. The front desk suggested that the unit couldn't be broke as it was brand new, but couldn't explain why it was stuck in heating mode and suggested we open the windows to our cabin instead. We were there on two consecutive 29 and 30 degree days, therefore this wasn't an optimal solution. "
