"The location is very ideal and the parking is available at the property. The staff were very friendly and polite. The apartment itself needed some maintenance, but it was good for a family and we were there only for a long weekend so it suited our purpose, but in general, I would say the apartment was neat and tidy."

The air conditioning is centrally preset with no option to adjust the temperature, making the room uncomfortably hot despite being advertised as air-conditioned. It is definitely not suitable for families. I only stayed here for one night as a stopover during a drive. Overall, the experience was disappointing."

There was a problem with the prepaid reservation made through Hotels.com, and the reception staff rudely refused to fix the problem, instead suggesting we book another room and pay double.
