"Put simply, the experience feels entirely disconnected from guests' needs. Many of the choices seem to have been made without considering the people who actually use the rooms. For example, upon entering, a coffee set was placed squarely in the middle of the table, leaving no space to use the surface. The desk drawer handles are oversized and protrude into the body of the desk. Opening them reveals empty interiors, which seems unnecessary and thoughtless."

"I don't buy into the negative reviews about Elina Hotel and Apartments. These are likely outdated, as we spent 8 nights here and didn't experience any problems. The superior apartment was bright, spacious and clean, with a good shower and good air conditioning. Despite being next to a busy road, the windows had good sound protection, so we were not bothered by any noise from outside. The reception staff were always polite and helpful.
