"I cannot say enough great things about our stay at the Monastery. The property is gorgeous and clean, the staff were beyond helpful and the food was incredible! The spa baths were also so relaxing. We did not want to leave this hotel. I’d like to specifically call out Frederico with the glasses, Anna, Matteo, and Matilde from the front desk and Simona and Alessandro from the restaurant for making our stay extra special. They always went above and beyond to help us and we were beyond grateful. If you stay at this hotel, eating dinner at the restaurant is an absolute must! I normally don’t like to eat at hotels when traveling but this hotel restaurant deserves all the accolades it carries, and then some. My fiancée ordered some sausage and asked for some red sauce on the side- I wanted to bathe in the sauce. The chef is phenomenal. If we came back to Italy, we would definitely be staying here again."
