"It is an Indian family ownership and management, and has a nice hospitable feel. The common areas have some attractive wooden uncommercial pieces of furniture and a pottery collection, lending it more of a personal, home-like look and feel. Our room was very spacious with a sitting area, comfortable stuffed chair with wide coffee table, desk and desk chair, wet bar, refrigerator and microwave. We really appreciated this extra space. We came out of town to do a pool party for my Daughter who turned 13 and it was a success. Housekeeping could have been better the bathroom was no all that clean and the carpet felt really dirty. "Tv didn’t work, there was an option to use YouTube or Netflix but that wasn’t available. There was also only 4 channels that worked. There’s free coffee, but the machine didn’t work. The towels in the room had hair stuck in them, so we had to get new ones and check those. One of the chairs was filled with white/greyish spots. The front desk person (forgot their name) was very sweet though"

"Very nice place, only thing I can say that’s negative, is they didn’t have just regular black tea on the breakfast buffet, only spiced tea bags. I don’t drink coffee, sooo with no tea with caffeine really put a damper on my morning wake up mood…..met a couple more people in the dining room wanting just regular black tea without all that fancy additives, when I asked the front desk they said they just buy whatever from Walmart and till it’s gone they won’t purchase anymore….hello doesn’t that...

"Best hotel I've stayed in a long time - such character, spacious, clean and the food was excellent. My favorite part was a little kitchen area for guests with tea & coffee, drinks, snacks, home made cookies each afternoon. Highly recommend the Fairview Inn. "
