"My husband and I stayed at the resort for a week at the end of March. The room was spacious and comfortable. The morning breakfast was much more than just a continental breakfast. Cook-to-order omelets, pancakes and french toast were also available. A shout-out to José and Chris who served us daily! We stayed in an ocean view room. "Stains on the sheets, pillow cases, and fabric liner around the bed frame. We wiped water off of the laminate floor and it was completely black where it hadn’t been mopped or cleaned in a while. There was something sticky all over the dresser top from where it hadn’t been cleaned. For the money, the cleanliness, amenities, and staff were inattentive and unfriendly.
