"Hotel pictures online have not been updated to current condition. All room doors are located outside. Gaps under the door which can let bugs in. After checking into our room, my family brought dinner to the room. After about 15 mins our counter and food was covered in ants. Ants were also in the bedroom and bathroom. Made our concern known to the front staff and all we were offered was a refund of the resort fee. Lot of money to pay to stay somewhere that has a bug issue. Will not stay there...

"Clean place with lots of boating, jet ski options. Customer service was amazing.Free kayaks and bikes for hotem guests. Would stay there again "

"Room was clean but room and furnishings were old, run down, and uncomfortable. Metal bed frame had rusted hardware, refrigerator didn’t work, tiny sink in bathroom had virtually no water pressure. Room was way too small for the price. Attractive view of coconut palms and Florida Bay from the room and nice sunset views. Overall needs a major remodel in my opinion. Air conditioning was noisy and because the room was so small, it was either too cold or off, which almost instantly made it too hot....

"It was very clean, well maintained and charming.The staff was very friendly and the morning breakfast was perfect. Room and bathroom were pretty small for the price but it meet our needs for a 1 night stay."

"While this property was adequate, there were a number of annoyances we encountered in our 5 night stay. The toilet was clogged upon our arrival. Maintenance guy pulled out a bar of soap. Very embarrassing for my partner who had used the toilet and couldn't flush it. Ants on the counter and table. The staff came and sprayed Raid on the counter and said an exterminator would be there the next day. The film of Raid remained so we couldnt use the counter until housekeeping cleaned it. I asked for NO...

"Great resort right on a beautiful and well maintained beach with nice beach chairs. Very relaxed atmosphere and Cabana Jack's was excellent right next door. Highly recommend for a visit to enjoy the region and gorgeous ocean views."

"Very good pool, huge room/balcony right on the water and very nice walkable area surrounding property, roosters were a little annoying. All around fabulous, need to be another shuttle though and more experienced drivers…"

"The accommodations that were offered to us were off property, faced a dirty lot with trash receptacles and smelled like mold and mildew! As soon as we saw our accommodations we asked for compensation, in which they blamed Expedia. Expedia told us that it was up to Parker’s to provide a refund. Upon later questioning partners lied and said that our flight arrived late and we never showed up. Funny how we have pictures dated at the time of our arrival of the horrific conditions. Do not stay here!"

"The unit we got was not what was pictured when booking. It had a nice view and pool. The unit itself was very worn and in need of some TLC. The air conditioning was VERY loud, the beds and couch creaked with every move. The washer seal was full of black mold. Our family agreed it was a nice complex and felt safe but the condition of the rental unit was lacking for what we paid. "

"Clean basic room with comfortable bed and shower. Fridge and coffee maker. Reservation said microwave but no microwave. No dresser, tiny closet area as fridge and coffee maker stand in closet. Must request beach towels. Beach area and dock are great. Requested paddles for kayak but they were not available. In all, good for overnight stay but better value for the money to found in Key Largo."

"Pools closed earlier than advertised. You can’t bring outside food or drink onto the public areas of the property but it took an hour to get one sandwich at the Tiki Bar. Once it came, we had a total of three drinks and shared the sandwich. $90. I reduced it because it took an hour but they still tried to bill me full with non-negotiable , automatic tip even though I reduced it when I signed."
