"The hotel and stay was ok and very close the the rodoviaria bus station. But we requested and electricity adaptator because ours was not working and they did not provide us one, so we couldnt connect any cellphone or notebook to charge. Unnacceptable in 2025 and made the stay uncomfortable."

"O quarto parece que não foi lavado ou limpo da forma que deveria, quarto com cheiro forte, ar condicionado com cheiro forte, chão estava “pregando” surpreendeu de forma negativa.
Como foi só por uma pernoite resolvemos ficar, por que se tivesse que ficar mais tempo provavelmente teria trocado de hotel. "

"O colchão é muito confortável, ar funcionando perfeitamente, ótima mesinha, porém no banheiro a coisa fica um pouco ruim. Não foi abastecido o sabonete líquido e o shampoo era horrível. A torneira extremamente curta fazia com que a pia toda se alagasse. Pra fechar com o pior se tudo era a garagem que parecia que o prédio tinha acabado de ser construído e muito sujo. Muito mesmo. Arrastando muita sujeira para o quarto "

A única ressalva que deixo é para que tenham mais cuidado com cobranças indevidas, pois no dia do check-in a hospedagem foi cobrada novamente, mesmo já tendo sido paga pelo site. Para evitar qualquer dúvida, encaminhei os comprovantes pelo WhatsApp. No mais, considero este um dos melhores lugares para se hospedar em São Leopoldo."
