"Great location on the beach, beautiful resort, nice breakfast buffet and convenient shuttle service. Not only do they provide complimentary shuttle to/from airport or other location, they also provide daily shuttle to town at 6PM and pick up at 9PM. The room was very big with a nice ocean view. "Our room was cleaned twice a day. Staff was always nice and friendly. The resort is quiet, well maintained, and lovely with an open beach to watch sunsets. Buffet breakfast offer lots of options including native food dishes and an omelette station every morning. There is also a swimming up bar at the pool that serve good cocktail drinks. "Basic room, nice staffs and good location. But. They allow smokers to smoke on the top floor patio which causes the entire building to smell like cigs. Even during the Breakfast hours, they allow smoking resulting in second hand smoking for breakfast. There's no wifi. Towels are dingy. "My rating of 5 stars based on knowing I was getting what I was booking. I was flying early the next morning and wanted a stay that was cheap and included breakfast and shuttle to the airport. "Good - Staff, Breakfast and the building has a supermarket with pharmacy downstairs. Bad - No hot water and air-con needs to be much stronger. During check-in the receptionist mentioned that there will be hot water for first 10 mins and then the 2nd person had to wait 15 mins to shower with hot water. There was barely 2 mins of hot water for the 1st person and no hot water for other people."

"Special place on Sereya. The staff here were superb. Puk Alfonso at the bar was excellent and made great cocktails and always served with a smile. Grace in the restaurant was also great.
