The front desk staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our room was beautiful and was kept spotlessly clean, and I really liked the touchpad system for lighting so any combination of lights can be controlled from either bedside. Excellent location for walking to anywhere in Florence, and no street noise in our room! Hotel breakfast was good but not much hot food for 20€. We were supposed to receive a free bottle of sparkling wine and unfortunately didn’t realize until our last day that we had to ask for it (was not mentioned at check-in, and we didn’t ask sooner because we thought it would be put in our room at some point during the stay).

This is a small hotel that has an excellent location within walking distance of everything including the train station and all sites. Staff was very does let and helpful. Rooms are clean and the bathrooms are well appointed and modern. I highly recommend this property.

Staff were amazing. Daniel checked us in and provided excellent dining suggestions! Room was small but very comfortable. There was a little garden space that was nice for hanging out. Will definitely stay again if we visit Florence.

10/10. Able to walk to most major sights in 3 to 10 minutes. Staff is great to deal with. A lot of food options around the hotel. Hotel is safe and clean. Stylish hotel with nice rooms.

Booked The Frame as we needed it on arrival in the city as our initial booking had no room for us. The staff were fantastic getting us into our room asap as well as getting us booked for dinner. Great room and breakfast, short walk to Duomo and the tourist sights. Highly recommended.

Excellent Hotel
We loved staying at The Frame! The staff is very attentive and helpful. This hotel has a lot of character and nice upgrades and amenities. It is within walking distance of the train station and just a few minutes away from the Duomo. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Florence!

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel and the room are beautiful with lots of special touches. But the staff made all the difference! From check in to check out, all of the staff were pleasant and always had a smile and a kind word. This is my go-to place in Florence.

this is a perfect boutique hotel The location is conveniently located to Shopping attractions the train station The staff is super nice and helpful They speak good English. The rooms were very nice, cleaned a daily The breakfast is an option to book with your room a nice choice of pastries, hot items, such as scrambled eggs, bacon potatoes, plenty of options for a good breakfast at a very good rate I would definitely recommend this Daniel and Giacomo were wonderful

Staff is very nice , rooms are cute . We did have an issue with the pull out sofa bed on night one and were also expecting free breakfast but definitely not a deal breaker. Location was also convenient.
