We loved staying here. The building is beautiful and just outside of the hectic centre of Florence but not too far that we couldn't walk. Sylvia the building manager was lovely and welcoming too. Highly recommend.

Esperienza positiva, posizione comidissima a due passi da Santa Croce! Suggerirei un distributore automatico nel residence in quanto bar o market assenti nelle vicinanze. Parcheggio da prenotare ma se posti esauriti è comunque facile da parcheggiare. Personale molto disponibile.

Parfait pour visiter Florence si voiture à garer

La résidence est située à la limite de la ZTL qui interdit les voiries dans le centre ville. L’appartement que nous avions était parfait pour 4 personnes avec 2 chambres et une cuisine avec table pour y manger. Vue sur le fleuve. Climatisation. Bien propre. Prévoir liquide pour la taxe de séjour. Si un seul reproche, ce serait la taille de la douche qui est particulièrement petite. Mais tout le reste est un excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Appartamento vicino al centro

Appartamento fuori dalla zona traffico limitato a Sud dell zona monumentale, raggiungibile in 15 /20 minuti a piedi, secondo le zone che si vogliono raggiungere. Comodo ed in zona tranquilla. Sconsiglio solo il parcheggio: è fatto apposta per sfrisare la carrozzeria, i muri sono pieni di segni di impatto, un vero incubo entrare e uscire con l’auto. Meglio lasciarla nei parcheggi a pagamento subito fuori.

Logement très confortable et pratique.

Logement très confortable et propre, dans une ancienne bâtisse rénovée. La position est très pratique si vous avez un véhicule car à la limite de la zone à circulation limitée, tout étant à coté du centre, facilement accessible à pied.

Fantastic Stay at the Residence at San Niccolo

Excellent location walking distance to everything great! The apartment was nice and clean quaint superb location. Wifi didn't work in our room but we were able to access wifi throughout the city. I will definitely recommend to family and friends. I will stay at the Residence of San Niccolo again. Wonderful Trip my favorite City Florence, Italy!

Ottima posizione ma ci vorrebbe qualcosa in più ..

La posizione è veramente ottima. L’appartamento abbastanza spazioso,pulito e ben attrezzato. Tuttavia alcuni mobili,soprattutto i mobili della cucina,del bagno e i complementi d’arredo, come il copriletto,un pò vecchi. Andrebbe rimodernato un pò.

Good location, a bit noisy

We had ap 1 which is on the corner, the street and the sidewalk are busy so it is a bit noisy even with the windows closed. Max 15 minutes walk to city center. WiFi did not work during our stay, comfortable bed,tiny shower, enough kitchen ustensils for a short stay.The lady at the reception gave us a map of the city and recommended some restaurants which were good.

Une bonne adresse florentine

Résidence d'appartements située à proximité du centre-ville historique, nous avons apprécié sa situation ainsi que la possibilité d'y garer la voiture. L'accueil fut très bon et la prestation à la hauteur de ce qui était annoncé. Appartement familial de bonne taille, bien climatisé (jusqu'à 38° au mois d'août), coin cuisine complet, literie confortable. Le bâtiment comporte 2 étages et bénéficie d'un ascenseur. Autre point, et non des moindres, cette résidence est en dehors des fameuses ZLT (zone de trafic limité), spécialité italienne de régulation de la circulation dans les centre-villes. Par conséquent, sortir et rentrer pour visiter la Toscane en voiture ne nous a pas accablé de PV ! Car il faut bien l'écrire, les ZLT ne sont pas toujours bien claires quant à la façon dont elles sont signalées (panneaux lumineux en panne, signalisation très peu visible etc.). Je comprends l'Italie dans son désire de réguler la folie "voiturière" dans les centres de ces magnifiques villes mais somme toute en tant qu'étranger de passage, cela peut se transformer en cauchemar si par mégarde on ne fait pas attention à ces ZLT, les P.V. sont salés ! Pour conclure, je recommande sans retenue la résidence San Niccolo'. Un bon point d'ancrage pour découvrir ce morceau d'Italie "sublimissime".

キッチン付きの1LDKの部屋でした。 中心街まで歩いて10分、駅までのバス停も近かったです！ 建物自体古いので、私にとってはすこし苦手な感じでした。 ベットは寝心地が悪く、バネが当たって何度も何度も起きてしまいました… 静かで川沿い、立地は良いです！

Au bord de l’Arno

Bien située pour découvrir la ville à pieds (ponte vecchio 15 mn, Duomo 30mn), le bus pour la gare ou Piazzale Michelangelo (n°13) est en bas de la résidence, confort basique dans une » déco « minimaliste un peu vieillotte , bon accueil , on parle français, bon rapport qualité prix au mois de mai.

Great location

The location wa great and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately it looks nothing like the photos and the smell of smoke was infused into everything. Photos looked so beautiful but it was a little more grungy.

Appartamento accogliente a pochi passi da ponte V

Nel complesso esperienza positiva. Appartamento perfetto per 4 persone, bagno spazioso salotto accogliente. Unici due nei: 1) cuscini scomodissimi; 2) abbiamo chiesto se potevamo lasciare le valigie per poi riprendere all'ora della partenza, 4 piccoli bagagli a mano e ci è stato risposto bruscamente di no!
