Wow, what a find! My family wanted to buy the apartment and move in. It isn't the easiest property to navigate to but the apartments are incredible! We fully length windows that opened to a view of the Arno, Duomo and all other sights you would want to see. We had that view from windows throughout the property on each level. The rooms were spacious and very well decorated. Loved having the kitchen and sitting area with fireplace. Could not have been more pleased with the property.

Quite simply spectacular! Location is amazing, decor is great, the apartment is comfortable, breakfast is tasty with a great range. Ever detail is well looked after.

I would have rated much higher if this hotel admitted that their listing was incorrect rather than adjusting the listing after i had booked and then blaming Expedia - All they had to do was admit that the listing said balcony and that the room didn’t actually have one, an apology would have been enough. I raised this issue with the hotel and sent them a screen shot – they then adjusted the listing and told me I was wrong (even though I sent them a copy of the listing – they then blamed Expedia for adjusting their listings) WHY LIE IF IT’S A GENUINE MISTAKE?

Dear Guest,we cannot understand how we can be responsible for something that does not depend on us. We are sorry that you read that the apartment had a balcony, but you probably got confused with our King Suite il Miraggio, the only apartment with a balcony.Your type has a view, but no balcony.

This apartment tower was excellent. The location is great for us. Fair warning to those who wish to walk around, it is on a rather steep hill. This was no challenge for us, we rather enjoy the exercise. The apartment was the perfect size, bed very comfortable, AC worked great, breakfast and service was excellent. There is laundry service on-site, not self serve so allow a few days to get this done. I would highly recommend this place for couples that do not mind a short uphill stroll.

Up, Up and away Again
We stayed here last year for the first time and loved it so much that we went back and this time got a room with a spectacular view of the city. Room had one and a half baths on two floors with a sleeping loft and a small bedroom for one person off to the side, a very nice small kitchen and plenty of closet space. It is on a hill and in a tower so it is not for people who have trouble climbing steps or walking up hill. Even though breakfast is served every morning you need to book a time because the room is only big enough for one party at a time. However you can take it to your room if you like. Concierge service is all by phone and they were very responsive whenever I had to call them. It is more like an apartment with Hotel services. The attention to detail is over the top with an explicit booklet of all you need to have a spectacular stay at this hotel and in Firenze. All the rooms have incredible views, even the bathroom. We would definitely go back. A big shout out to Elisabeta, who prepared the breakfast every morning and was overall "molto gentile"

This was a great quiet place within 2-3 min walk to Ponte Vecchio, grocery, food, and gelato. Right in the heart of things but still quiet.

We rented two rooms at the QK Costa58 hotel. Both were lovely and very spacious. The location relative to the major sites of Florence is hard to beat. It is just a 2 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio, 5 to the great museums, and 10 to Il Duomo. I recommend it highly.

Great Place on a Hill
A fabulous place to stay in Florence. The attention to detail and the size of the space are big pluses. It is more like an apartment including a small fully equipped kitchenette. The property manager has thought of everything, including a very detailed booklet about how to access the building and room as well as detailed instructions for all appliances. It is a climb uphill to get to it but there are various ways of achieving the uphill climb from walking up the gradually increasing incline to climbing many steps and/or a combination of both. It is in the Oltrarno up one of the streets just to the left of the Ponte Vecchio. Breakfast is included and served in a small sitting room. They are still practicing some CoVid regulations so you need to book a time for breakfast everyday as you will be the only people in the room at that time. Even though there is a front desk and lobby, concierge service is all virtual or by intercom, which links to a person somewhere offsite. Some of these things may change once CoVid protocols begin to lighten up. Great if you like being self-sufficient. There is a housekeeper and cleaning person around mostly in the mornings. Overall a spectacular place to stay. After a day you will feel like a local. Downside:I had booked a room with a balcony and view of the city and there was some mix up and we got a view of the street & no balcony. Still spectacular. Visit the pottery shop next door and tell Emma that Andrew & Ken from NYC sent you there.

Great hotel, however just be aware there it’s on a hill so you have to climb 6 flights of stairs, and then walk up a steep hill to get to the property from the Main Streets.

This a wonderful place to stay. The staff was absolutely outstanding - friendly and so very helpful. The location was perfect within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. We had two rooms both of which had fabulous views.

Fabulous Florence, Family Friendly Accommodation
This property is fabulous for so many reasons - but I will begin with the view! We stayed in Il Camino apartment and the view out of the city from the lounge room window (and the upstairs bathroom!) was absolutely amazing! The property is located so close to Ponte Vecchio, but I would recommend it for people who don't mind steps and hills. It isn't strenous, but it is decent when carrying suitcases, for example. It is a good end to work off the day's gelato consumption! The breakfast spread was delightful - pastries, eggs, cold meats and cheeses and many breads, fruit, cereal and cake. So much to choose from and all prepared by the house maid, who is a lovely Florentine lady. Property is super clean and all instructions re. operation of the room, location of keys, spare bedding etc were very clear! There is a delicious Wine Bar/Restaurant with beautiful views to the PV Bridge and across the river which is just down the road - very decent pricing too, for such a location! The lookout (Piazzale Michelangelo) is easily accessible too - less than 1km walk along the river. Would we stay here again? ABSOLUTELY!

In the heart of Florence
Very nice hotel close to everything. Parking is off property. Located on a hill and not an easy walk with bags and other items but the hotel is very nice and clean. Lots of cute little details. Very baby friendly.

Amazing place but you have to take about 30 to 40 step narrow stairs up to get to it. If you have big luggage or have issues climbing stairs I would not recommend this room. Also the bed is hard and there are mosquitoes if you leave the door to the patio or bathroom window open. But we would stay there again as the view is stunning and it is really a nice room, very modern right but great.

I would definitely rate it 10/10. Extremely clean, nice attention to details. Easy/ smooth self check in. Looks exactly like the images(in fact better)! Very safe location. Walking distance to the historic center (right next to the Ponte Vecchio). About 20 minutes walk from the station( just one thing to note: you have to climb 44 stairs, which are not very steep, just before the place, and a steep climb for about 25 meters.I would only be concerned in case you have heavy luggage). Would highly recommend it . Would surely stay here again, if I revisit Florence.

The location was perfect. The view overlooking the city in the front room was amazing. I would definitely stay here again. I will say if you have mobility issues it is up a little hill. It did not detract from anything. The place was amazing.
