Messori Suites was a perfect accommodation for visiting Florence. It was beautifully appointed - modern rooms with a beautiful balcony overlooking a garden area. The location could not have been any better. There was a public parking garage nearby for our car, but the location allowed us to easily walk to all the important sites in Florence - we were probably 15-20 min walking from the Accademia. We would definitely stay here on a return trip!

So please be carefull next time to check with the Hotel that everything is as you wish! if they buy from our channel a Standard double room , they pay for a Standard double room!! The reservations are instantly inserted into our system. Direct reservation are always the best way to book for holiday, expecially with our gentle staff, very attentive to all demand. We are part of Hotel Self Group, booking direclty, nice little gifts are left too in room at your arrival. Best regards

The hotel was excellent in many respects, but lacked tissues in the bathroom and there were no bath towel rails. The towels also were not changed every day. These things detract from the comfort of the room. Our friends room had a very bad smell in the bathroom and she was told there was nothing that could be done. This was very poor.

The rooms are very modern and clean. The staff - who are there 8 to 8 are very helpful - ordering cabs etc. The area has a supermarket, post office, and restaurants - but it is a 20 minute walk to the nearest site. Not a bad walk, but at night it is on pretty deserted streets.

Amazing Hotel
The hotel is amazing. A stunning renovation with beautiful rooms. We had a private roof top terrace with ours. Fernando and Natalia at the front desk could not have been more helpful. We would return here in a heartbeat. So relaxing and calm yet close to everything.

Stunning decorated room with 4 poster bed and huge bathtub with his and hers sink and outdoor balcony space. A peaceful location with local restaurants and large supermarket just around the corner. About 20 minutes walk into centre of town. Only criticism would be lack of 24 hour reception. As we came back after 8 most nights we had a few issues regarding no refill of toiletries the first night and second night no top up of tea/coffee. This meant we had to go without until the next morning. Another issue was accidentally leaving our key in the room out of reception hours which meant having to call the hotel and wait until someone came to open the front doors. Overall however a pleasant stay but customer service could be improved.

Lovely small hotel - welcoming, friendly staff. The room was spotless, nice big shower. Garden area to relax and smoke. Breakfast was included in our stay and there were a good variety of fresh crossaibts, cereal, spreads, cheese and meats etc. I would definitely stay again.

Great room. Great shower. Great bed. Simple room with easy to use safe. Not alot of storage so everything stayed in its suitcase. Bathroom was lovely although we were told we had a bathtub which wasn't there. Also breakfasr lacked any diversity. And needs improving.

The front staff was very kind and wait for us to check in late. The next day the storage our luggage meanwhile we tour the city. I definently recommend this hotel. Is near attractions and restaurants but i quietly enough to sleep at night

We had a wonderful experience staying at Messori Suites. It is located in a quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes walking distance to the downtown area sites. The room was beautiful. The only thing is that there was limited space to put unpacked clothing. Also, as in many cases throughout Italy, they do not provide a washcloth. The complimentary breakfast was continental style. If you wanted eggs or more, it was an additional cost. The people there were friendly and eager to help us in any way. We would definitely stay here again!

Hosts Franchesca and Fernando were top notch. They sat down and helped us with a great itinerary for Florence. Very warm and friendly hosts, very accomodating and kind. Breakfast was good, with cappucinos made fresh every morning. Be aware that this place has been sold and these people may not be there in the near future..

Very stylish, functional and modern big room with very good TV set, confortable bed, original terrace and big bathroom. Thanks to her, Francesca was very helpful and easy to communicate. If some plates and other dishes would be available, the kitchenware might be better completed, but this is not a loss for tourist who mainly prefer to eat outside.

Located in a nice quiet area away from all the foot traffic of Florence but a short walking distance from Piazza San Marco, the Galleria dell'Accademica (Statue of David), and the Duomo. Nice, modern decor and fixtures in the room and bathroom. The television had several English channels. A traditional Italian breakfast is served with wonderful cappucinno or espresso, but it costs a little extra if you want made-to-order eggs.

Messori Suites was beautifully updated and is in excellent condition. The staff is wonderfully accommodating and cheerful. We arrived early and they not only held our bags but offered cappuccino and croissants while we lounged in the garden. Breakfast was a nice treat. The location is walkable to the train station and many tourist sites. My only issue with the hotel is that it’s modern updates feel cold and museum-like. The fixtures are somewhat impractical and look better than they function.

It had a beautiful garden where you could enjoy a lovely breakfast with delicious bakery. Fruit and tea and coffee were available all the time in the common area. The rooms were very modern and clean. The staff was very helpful. The location was within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants

Lovely little hotel in quiet area. Only around 10 rooms, we had 2 rooms both were very spacious and luxuriously decorated. Location is around 20 mins walk to city centre. Only minor niggle was room housekeeping, all cleaned perfectly but towels and toiletries not replaced so on one occasion our dirty bath towels were removed but no new ones left, couldn’t report to reception as that was not manned after 8pm. Otherwise a lovely stay and would use again.

Perfect stay in a beautiful, boutique hotel
We had a wonderful stay at Messori Suites during the first leg of our visit to Tuscany, which began with a lovely welcome from our host, Francesca. The suite we stayed in with our children was absolutely perfect: generously sized and beautifully decorated. We loved our breakfasts on the outdoor terrace and the freshly made coffee. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't mind a 10-15 minute walk into Florence.
