Lovely staff, lovely rooms, excellent breakfast. Really the only thing we didn't love was that the walk from the train station was - well, you know what the areas around train stations are like, and this was like that, especially as we arrived at night, in the rain. The hotel itself was a great choice - clean and comfortable and a little bit outside the area that's noisy and crowded with visitors to the historic center of Florence. Many thanks to the person at the desk who welcomed us and wrote down the names of good restaurants to try for a late dinner.

We were able to check in early which was very convenient as we arrived early and walked from the train station(less than 10 minutes) around midday. Room was very nice and the location was very convenient for all the sites and transportation, we did multiple trips to other towns. Good breakfast was included with our room. As usual in older buildings, the walls are thin and you can hear a chorus of iPhone alarms in the mornings but that was not an issue. Area around was lively and full of small restaurants. Good choice for the price.

Located close to the River Arno, walkable to everywhere, good breakfast (fresh fruit, cornetti, salumi, cheeses, cereals, bread, hot bacon, scrambled eggs, espresso etc), a library in the bar, comfortable bed. A shower in the bedroom & a separate toilet - bit of a weird set-up but it all worked well.

Me encantó el hotel, está cerca de la estación, pero alejado del bullicio. El edificio es súper lindo, muy limpio. los cuartos no son muy grandes pero tienen todo lo que se necesita para una estadía cómoda. El servicio de front desk y del chico que ayuda con las maletas es excelente. La relación calidad precio es inmejorable. Gracias por todo, me volvería a quedar sin duda alguna en este hotel.

This property is actually a 3rd floor walk up. My wife and I were travelling with our 13 month old son and booked this property specifically because it was classified as “accessible”. I learned this was not the case on check in and that there were 10 stairs from the street entry to the “lift” which was large enough for my wife and the stroller only. Once inside the actual hotel on 3rd floor of the building, there were another 4 stairs to walk up in order to get to our room. On check in, some random woman began to yell at us as she was concerned that we were overloading the elevator. On check out there was a homeless man passed out in the stairwell. Overall this was a highly disappointing experience

Good hotel, but $300 per night is expensive for such an apartment hotel. You can walk 15-20 minutes to Central Market, or old bridge etc.

This is a good basic hotel. The best features are cleanliness and staff. Location is very convenient. You can walk to almost anywhere you want to go in Florence without being in the midst of the crowded tourist areas. My room was okay, not too small though certainly not large. The bed was hard, but still pretty comfortable. Be aware that, although there is an elevator in the building you still have to climb some stairs to get to it. So this might not be the best option for people with mobility problems or with very heavy luggage.
