"Front desk doors locked prior to check-in time and unable to talk with anyone at front desk until then. Room clean and more up to date than what the outside appears. Bed comfy."

"I can’t believe this is part of Whyndahm hotels! This property was dirty, it looked like they were putting in new floors and storage areas. The pool was not green but it was filthy with debris and balls of hair floating around. The pool area was very neglected and the chairs were cheap plastic. There were only chairs to sit on and no lounge chairs. The tables were metal but very old. I think the sheets may not have been changed as they did not smell good. I booked this hotel because the price...

"Arrived and checked in. Went to the room and it was crawling with roaches and bugs. Went back to the office to ask for another room and was told there wasn't anymore available. Canceled reservation and almost a whole month later I still have not received a refund and Expedia still can not get ahold of the property. Worst place I've ever booked and the incident has me rethinking doing business even through Expedia due to loss of money. Will never book again."
