"I booked a room with budget inn. And I went to check in and was charged 40 extra dollars for a 30 minute early check in. And the front desk staff had a terrible attitude the whole time I was there. I was by myself and he purposely put me in the back in the middle of the workers after I asked for a room towards the front desk"

"Breakfast was ok for the first 2 days but on the 3rd day not great . No Eggs asked the front desk and the person told me he had no more eggs at 7am and breakfast started at 6 . Staff needs to make sure everything is in working order in the room. Tried to use the hairdryer and it turned bright red and shot out flame I let the front desk know hopefully that was fixed."

"I loved the staff. They were very kind and helpful. We stayed two nights and were under the impression that we would have room cleaning during the day. We came back to no new towels or room cleaned. I was a little disappointed in that. I had to send my husband to get towels for us while I was in the shower."
