"The rooms are small! Hotel is extremely overpriced. The mattress is thin, pillows small and the cover was really thin. There is no mirror and the ceiling leaks when AC is on. The balcony is a joke. Pool area closes at 6pm. The employees at the restaurant pool area are rude and standoffish. They only cater to those who look like them. I am confused as to how this hotel has so many good reviews. "The Hotel is near a group of restaurants that play loud music at night. So if you want to sleep prior to midnight then this place is not for you. No TV channels to watch or a hairdryer to use."

"This is my honest review for this hotel. Communication was excellent through Expedia’s messaging system, and WhatsApp. They were very helpful leading up to and upon our arrival. Overall, the staff was fine. Some of the staff members were a little bit aloof, and not that helpful, and some of them were very helpful. The staff is very young and I think lacking in customer service training in some cases. We paid for their nicest suite, which includes what was supposed to be a private terrace....
