"Very nice apartment, very clean. Comfortable beds. Easy walking distance to restaurants and Liverpool One. Had underground parking which is a bit tight if you have a large car but very handy. Would definitely stay again. Good value for money."

"Super cool place. Noise from bottles being dumped all night was annoying but I’d stay there again! Lots of space / more like an apartment than a hotel!"

"Excellent location on the dock with only 6 or 7 minute walk to Liverpool One. Simple check In and check out process and the apartment is lovely. Really comfortable beds and a fan in hand in this warm weather was very welcome. Cleanliness only got 4 out of 5 as the beds and sofas had crumbs and but under them so they hadn’t been hoovered under. "

"Always a good choice. Friendly and helpful staff - .they very kindly made us hot drinks while we were waiting for our rooms. Love the evening drinks and snacks. Great they allocated us adjoining rooms, made our celebrations more fun. Bit miffed that price was higher than the previous and following day ( football match on ) and that member rates weren't applied. Love the Molton Brown products but it's really difficult to read what is in each container. A great stay with a few niggles."

"Stayed at the hotel as my daughter had a national exam at the adjacent building. After a 7 hour drive, we were really pleased to arrive to a welcoming, clean hotel. Room was spacious, light and quiet. Lovely facilities and even after midday checkout, I was able to remain in the comfortable seating area in the lobby whilst waiting for my daughter’s exam to finish. Wonderful smelling Rituals toiletries provided and fluffy bath sheets. Breakfast offered a good choice of cooked and continental options. Would definitely recommend the Novotel. Absolutely no complaints."

"Clean modern and comfortable room with a great view of the river. Very good restaurant with an above average breakfast buffet. Competent staff. Close to all the Beatles attractions - 10 minute walk to Beatles Story - and to lots of food options. The bed was on the firm side. Excellent rainfall shower and modern bathroom. Only instant coffee packets in the room but when I asked they brought up a very good fresh pot (I was desperate for good coffee). "
