"Checked in with staff first day of visit, we're not friendly and did not update about any pool closures. In room, did not have spare toilet paper, shower had hair on the wall and was not fully clean. Toilet used multiple flushes to work properly, and shower would fluctuate from freezing cold to scalding hot. Pool was closed for the season, which is why we chose this hotel with no notices anywhere to guests other than on the pool. Informed staff of room issues and none were addressed. Would not...

The manager did work on this in the morning and make it right so I do appreciate that. They’re just a couple of issues one being the coffee maker wasn’t working And so you were directed to use the coffee maker in your room. The breakfast selections were very minimal. And the icemaker on the second floor was not working so you had to go to the third or the fourth floor....

"Even with the confirmed booking they tell me that my booking is cancelead and go check any other locations and then instead of suites they allocate 2 seperate rooms to accomodate my young kids to be left out in a seperate room. On the name of breakfast they have a option of Grab and go and they have only Oatmeals packets with warm water"

"I could tell the room hadn’t been cleaned properly in a while. There was a coat of dust on the bathroom door and pieces of paper in the floor in the bathroom. The comforter looked a lil dirty, mind u I did not say dingy it was white. I could tell where it was dusty like it needed a wash.
