"I really enjoy staying at this property. It's conveniently located to where I need to be. Plenty of free parking. The staff are always great. The food selection at breakfast is very good. The rooms are a perfect size for a solo traveler. The only thing stopping this review from 5 stars was the lack of two working elevators. It made for some long waits and the need to use the stairs on occasion."

"Great place to stay! We landed at Pearson at 12:30 am and our next flight was not until 4:15 pm. They let us have a 2:00 pm late checkout. Breakfast was included and was excellent. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Great hotel!"

"The Hitlon Airport Garden Hotel was very clean and the rooms were well furnished. The bed very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good with a cook ready to prepare any style of eggs you wanted. The buffet had everything you could imagine for breakfast and the servers were right there to greet you and bring you coffee. The shuttle service was on time and very efficient.
Standards like this are not often encountered today even in the better hotels.

"Overall a good stay, no issues. Too bad there wasn’t a breakfast included, but they push you paying for one at check-in. Although the price is fair… The only physical thing I noticed being a former fire inspector was that they changed out the fire safety alarms in the rooms and left gaping holes in the wall/ceiling due to the new alarms being smaller. Installation company should have provided proper covers to hide the holes…."
