"The cottage was so cozy and the view from the river was amazing! The check-in process was easy and the communication was prompt. One piece of information I would have found helpful was how to lock the door when leaving the property. The only thing I would say as a negative was how hot the cottage was without central cooling. The fan provided is definitely needed. I would stay here again!"

"No air conditioning but it exceeded my expectations. Even though it was 100 degrees during the day, the mountains cool at night and we slept with the windows open. It was a great location. Very clean and nice, a full kitchen also. Felt more like a hotel room then a cabin, in a good way."

"Very quiet location & property. Staff worked with our arrival after hours and sent a text during the day to see if we needed anything. Large king suite, great patio, microwave, fridge, bar sink, cold a/c, ceiling fan (quiet), comfy bed, nice big bathroom & shower. Saw turkeys on the property & enjoyed the sound of the river. Wish I could find a property like this for all of our vacation spots. Will definitely be staying again on our next Estes Park trip."
