"The staff was helpful, the property in a safe location, and no bugs. However, it was super dirty. The walls had stains smeared, the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in a while, and the bathroom smelled like a nursing home. There wasn’t a continental breakfast or even vending machines. No cable either. They also couldn’t honor my ADA request for a first floor room."

We go back get another key to another room and there was someone in that room when we opened the door — some guy that we “think” worked there but was dressed in basketball clothing — he left and the room was soo dirty . "We booked this hotel because of the Waterpark only to find out the Waterpark has been closed for repairs since this winter. There are no elevators so prepare for more than one trip for your luggage. The hallways do have a terrible smell. In our room, one of the lamps was plugged into an outdoor extension cord. The phone provided in the room was dirtiest phone I've ever seen in a hotel. "Double queen with kitchenette was below par. Appear to be more for extended stay workers employed in the area and in desperate need of updates. Shower had moldy caulking. Dirty shower curtain. Requested new room and staff was very helpful to provide. 2nd room was not much better. Clearly prior renter had animal in room as mirror and windows were not cleaned from dog slobber. "This was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. Front desk was ok but the entire facility was run down. We could see daylight from our exterior door and it would not close properly. The metal frame to most of the doors at the hotel was rotted out. There was a mess in the hallway (crumbs in the carpet) that was there for 3 days and never cleaned up even thought the housekeeping staff saw it each day. They chose not to vacuum it up."
