"This was our second stay at the Americana because we enjoyed our first stay so much! The beds are VERY comfortable, every was clean and in great condition, and we find the decor and furnishings delightfully quirky. The staff are also SO easy to communicate with and helped us promptly."

"Everything was great with my stay at this location. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The room was clean, and the air conditioning was working well. We also had no issues with parking. However, when we returned from a nearby location, we tried opening the door, but it wouldn’t budge. Instead, it displayed a red light instead of a green one. My son went to the front desk, and the staff helped him to reset the key door. After a few attempts, it finally opened and the little inconvenience was solved."

"Stay for the first time in this hotel chain with my family. I really like their concept of kickback drinks and snack/dinner in the evening. The hotel was very conveniently located. Breakfast was decent while evening snack/dinner was even better at least on the Wednesday when it was pasta looking forward to staying again, but they don’t seem to be in the northeast or West Coast area of the United States."

"My stay included a king with a City View. If you're not staying in the hotel room the whole entire day, the hotel is a place to stay. I stayed there many times in the past but this time I was a bit disappointed. I had a few issues between the refrigerator not working and walking into a room that was half service from housekeeping. Apparently they do housekeeping on Wednesdays and I was not aware of it, my bed was unmade and left with no towels. Appreciate housekeeping coming right away to make it right, especially since I was staying there for 4 days. I like staying here because the hotel is an expensive and close to many areas, like hiking and Lake Mary and downtown Flagstaff. I will try to stay there again in the next couple months and hopefully things will go much better."

"There were only two minor things that keep me from giving this property all 5 stars. The 2 queen room was very small and the bathroom was in two parts with the shower room having a pocket door. This saves room but was.very awkward to close."
