"Simple beach motel "

"Stayed for 2 nights for a graduation, so we didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel but in the little bit of downtime we had we enjoyed the hotel. It’s right on the beach a the pool was really nice. The onsite restaraunt was good and the snack/ coffee bar in the lobby came in handy. The hotel was beautiful and clean and everyone was helpful. "You are paying for the location, there is no doubt. Common areas like the lobby and restaurants are outstanding. The rooms while mostly clean and very comfortable, seemed very dated. We had two rooms. Both sinks were stopped up, refrigerator was stinky, windows filthy…and couch was gross. But not because it was “dirty“ I just think it needs to be freshened up. Staff is excellent, common areas are gorgeous. And you can’t beat the view/location. The biggest disappointment was two of the four...

"I loved it , clean room, friendly staff, and perfect view of the beach. The only downside is no free parking"

"Floor was extremely dirty like it hadn’t been mopped ever, I brought my own mop and vaccum thankfully and it took 4 buckets to mop to room because it was so dirty. I wouldn’t consider this a premium newly remodeled room because the only newness was counter tops and cabinets that’s it everything else appears to be original to building being built. Hot tub at pool was broken and putt put course has seen better days, greens were missing. "
