"While the facilities are a little older everything worked. A couple of things like the toilet paper holder and sink stopper were broken. The unit was clean and comfortable. The big issue was parking. Unless you got one of the prime spots it was a very tight back and forth between other vehicles, the building and a partially obscured incline. We had a small Toyota Corolla and could only squeeze between the building and another vehicle but couldn't open the door enough to get out. Get there early....

"The rooms were tired and outdated, the photos were misleading. The outside of the building was not clean, windows had fingerprints on them.
Definitely not value for money. Have stayed in better hotels in Taupo for lees cost.
