"Unfortunately, my stay was far from satisfactory. The main issue was the lack of proper room cleaning service. During an entire week, the room was cleaned only once, which is unacceptable for a property presented as a residence/hotel. In addition, the mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest properly. "I usually stay at hotels while traveling but this place was amazing. From the moment I arrived, to the very last second when I left. I wish more places like this put this much passion and love into the industry. The room was perfect, bed and pillows were exactly what you need to get a good rest. Shower was large, pressure great. Breakfast was phenomenal, I wish more people get to experience what I experienced. 5 star hotels don't even come close. Thank you for putting a huge smile on my face....
