"We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. "From the moment we booked we could tell this apartment was something special. My children couldn't wait to visit and explore all the tech in the apartment and they absolutely loved it! It was clean, comfortable and in the most perfect location. We couldn't recommend this apartment enkught and would love to come back. "

"Dirty. Down a dirty alley. Smells of smoke and bad toilets. Well that was even unflushed!!. Sticky surfaces, worn down furnishings and bathroom, lack of tlc and maintenance. "

"SCAM!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! Paid for my sons birthday weekend away (4y.o) drove 2.5 hours to get here and the host didnt send us entry code to the apartment so couldnt get in. Expedia confirmed all booking, tried to contact the host but blocking my calle. Texts delivered and left voicemails asking to call us but had no reply. Took our money and put a case with expedia and they refused to refund ao had to contact fraud department with my bank and pay for a hotel late at night instead!! Ruined...

"Property took my money, then advised us not to travel at less than 24hrs notice, leaving me without a place to stay and without refund. Hotels.com did nothing about it. The property are now ignoring hotels.com and therefore no refund will be issued. Utter madness. I have used this website for many stays over many years. I will not be using again"

Slumber near the Humber

"We stayed over for a night on a motorcycle trip. The hotel was perfect for our stay with beautiful views of the Humber from an open terrace at the back of the hotel. The room was nice and quiet with only the rabbits as neighbours. The bed was great too ensuring a good slumber near the Humber!"

"The room was spacious and comfortable, although was really hot the first night we stayed we had a fan in the room which cooled us down. The staff were all pleasant and friendly especially the lady serving and accomodating breakfast in the morning, she made our stay and we only saw her 2 mornings for a few minutes but she was so friendly and accommodating with a really good character, a real asset to the Hotel, i would stay there again just to have her serve me breakfast!"
