"We loved Motel Torrey! We were so pleasantly surprised at the ease of the self check in after another experience that was terrible. We were also very surprised at how amazing the room was! "It was self check in, but I did talk to someone by phone. They provided the access code to get in the room. The WiFi in that area is spotty, so I didn’t get the code while in the park. The room served its purpose. The bed was a little soft, but clean and comfortable enough. The floor is soft and uneven in spots. The bathroom was clean, but smelled a little like mildew. It was nice having a kitchenette. The location is great if you are visiting Capital Reef."

"Overall, the road Creek Inn is a good place to stay that is out of the way of the tourists around capital Reef National Park. We stayed in the family suite and found the room to be clean with enough space to spread out nicely. The room has a mini refrigerator and unfortunately, the freezer part of the mini fridge needed to be defrosted. The central kitchen area was available for everyone to use and appeared to have all the necessary things to cook a meal. The entertainment area in the basement has a ping-pong table, a seating area with large screen TV, and a separate movie room with a large screen TV. Some new ping-pong, paddles, and balls are needed. The only thing that was a little disappointing is that there is no hotel staff available on site. If you needed something, you had to message them through the hotels.com app or call a phone number that was provided. Check-in was easy. We received an email and message in the app with our door code."

"Our room was clean and comfortable. It is located in the heart of the small town of Torrey. A convenience store and laundromat are part of the complex. Large cottonwood trees provide shade if you are traveling in hot weather. There are two floors but no elevator."
