The walking trail is always a favorite. While it was under construction this year, it was still a wonderful walk. Looking forward to the improvements.

The best place we stayed at in Door County! Our suite had a normal size fridge and a microwave, which is super convenient with little kids; in the evening we sat by their large fireplace and played games with kids. Snacks and breakfast was great! Quiet, safe place, very friendly staff! Will stay at again for sure

Great inn that is close to Fish Creek and its restaurants and quaint stores. Friendly staff, large rooms with frig and microwave, gas fireplace, and continental breakfast. Highly recommend this inn. I would stay here again and will recommend it to other travel friends.

3 minutes from downtown fish creek. Felt like the perfect location to easily access other towns. When we stayed in egg harbor it felt too far from everything. Perfect location.

Won’t Stay Again…
Loved the area. Close to Fish Creek and Egg Harbor for shopping and eating. The grounds were nice. Spread out and felt warm. I had emailed the Inn to ask if we could bring a solo stove and set it up in a field so we could have fires at night. I was told the fireplace inside the lobby sitting area would be lit and we could enjoy that. The only time the fireplace was lit was during the day on Friday when we arrived around 2:30. It was disappointing. And it wasn’t for lack of wood. There was tons of wood outside the entrance. We had a gas fireplace in our room, but it barely had any flame. We loved that the windows opened. Kept us from having to put the air on. The carpeting was super dirty. Stains all over the place. For what this place charges a night, everything should be in working order and there should not be stains on the carpeting. For the price, we would not stay here again.

Thank you for your feedback. The fire place in the lobby is always ready to go all you need to do is light the fire. We had a major brush fire on the property this past June, bringing a solo stove was not an option as safety comes first.

We have nothing but amazing things to stay at this property. We would encourage anyne to stay here. We are already thinking about booking another vacation next year and staying there!!!

There was a soda, big refrigerator, table and fireplace in the room along with a comfortable bed. The massage with Lynn was great. Hiking on the grounds. Great Breakfast. Lovely people.

Nice spot

Liked being able to get fresh towels every day and not have someone in our room. Wish there had been fresh fruit at breakfast. Very nice and quiet; loved the fireplace in our room. Staff were all very nice.

We are sorry to hear your stay with us was not ideal Chris. We appreciate feedback so we can efficiently resolve issues or pass along positive reviews with our staff. We will address the leftover clothes with our housekeeping to ensure they are more thorough. The front desk attendant had a "back in 10 minute" sign on the front desk upon your arrival and upon review was back in the allotted time. Any late check ins are called before their arrival to go over procedure should the front desk be closed. There is a 24 hour number on the front desk to call for any issues as our maintenance lives onsite and the owners are available as well. If that number was not used our front desk is staffed from 630am-8 or 9pm in season to help resolve any problems. Breakfast is available from 7am to 10am only.

Weekend Wedding
Our stay was great. It did have some hiccups, but were addressed quickly and efficiently. We have stayed here before, so we knew what to expect. In fact, they've been providing a friendly, warm for the past 30 years. Handicapped parking is available by the doors.

Large rooms and well maintained
Sweet older hotel but kept up and in great shape. Beautiful room with fireplace and kitchenette. Couch and chair so lounging space was nice. Nice size bathroom and large closets. Staff was friendly and the place was so clean. Nice place to sit outside for breakfast and had other outdoor spaces. We didn’t venture to the pool area but based on how well maintained the grounds were I am sure it was great. Great location to see lots of Door County.

The property is beautiful and clean. It has everything you need in your room for easy making of simple meals. It's a quiet building with good upkeep. The rooms are large and lovely. The breakfast was simple but just right.

The Settlement Inn was very quaint, quiet, peaceful, and clean! The only downfall was our TV didn’t work well, which we didn’t use it much but also would have been nice to have it working.

This was a very nice hotel. We had a two bedroom suite with livingroom/ kitchen area. Very nice to have. Very pretty grounds and pool. It could use a few updates but I still highly recommend it. Close to Fish Creek but not right in all the hubbub.... older hotel but really unique. Very nice people and very clean .

The property is really charming on the outside and in a nice location (vineyard/orchard across the street, a few little unique shops next door, 2-3 minutes drive to Fish Creek). The rooms are very dated, I think if the invested in some renovating, keep with the rustic look but a bit more modern it would be wonderful. The rooms have a bit of the old smell, not sure if it’s the carpeting. I do want to point out that everything was super clean and spotless.
