"Where do I begin…. This hotel was super clean and was close to EVERYTHING!! From the location itself to the parking to the amazing staff. I forgot the front desk man but he had glasses, he was very RESPECTFUL not only to me but to my wife and son. He was able to check me in earlier than the usual check in time due to coming in town earlier than expected. He made everything work easy, fast and relaxing!! Most definitely coming back here on my next trip back to Colorado Springs!!!"

"Been traveling for a year now. Hundreds of motels. This is the closest to like being home. Very comfortable. Daughter brought some food over so we could have dinner. Went downstairs and they gave me a box full of plates and bowls and cups and all the things we needed. The front desk people are amazingly kind and helpful."

"Great staff and hotel! Walking distance to tons of restaurants and bars. My only gripes are the rooftop bar was terrible. Staff was rude and pompous. Then the pool and hot tub are in need of a good cleaning as well. "

"The property itself was great! Clean, comfortable, nice and helpful staff! Decent breakfast too. The parking garage is across the street, there are no carts to haul your luggage through a parking garage, down an alley across the street to check in on the 2nd floor of the Hotel. Quite inconvenient and sooo many sketchy, drugged out weirdos in that area. It’s sad to see Colorado Springs go downhill. "

"What a unique and tranquil place! We stayed in Big Horn Lodge. Rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. The breakfast buffet was outstanding in both variety and quality of offerings. The grounds are breathtaking and the castle…wow! Beautifully maintained overall and unlike any other venue we have stayed at. I would absolutely return again. "

"This is a good place to stay and the area feels safe. Room was pretty clean and the breakfast was modest. However, it would have been perfect if there was a control attached to the ac it would have been perfect but nevertheless my stay there was good."
