"I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room and all of the common areas were exceptionally clean, which I really appreciated. It was also quiet, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommend!"

"Charging a "resort fee" is wild. Obviously that means the coffee isn't complimentary. The waitress in the bistro forgot to put my husband's breakfast in, there was only one other person in the bistro. Otherwise, the room was spacious, bed super comfortable, bathroom was really clean, and the staff was very kind and accommodating."

"Everything is good. However, I was confused a lot while chekcing in because of mandatory velit parking. It could be much more better to have a clear sign notice at the entrance. Meanwhile, I also wonder the rule that no children from 8:00 to 10:00 pm in the swimming pool because the parent have to take care of them. Maybe it is for those adults who travel without kides?"

"We had a lovely upgraded room on the top floor with wonderful views. The bed is comfortable and the room has all amenities you would expect. There is a happy hour where a couple beers are offered from 5pm to 6pm, which is a nice touch. The hotel could not be in a better location for walkability."

"I recently stayed at the Mark Spencer Hotel in Portland and my girls and I had a great experience. I arrived before check in and the staff graciously allowed me to park my rental car early, which was a huge convenience and a great first impression. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and my room was spacious with a kitchenette that made the stay even more comfortable. The location was perfect—within walking distance of many great restaurants. I would definitely stay here...

"It's a nice hotel but nowhere near luxury class and was overpriced. Paid almost 30 for a tiny piece of fish. Was told it came with peas when we asked what it came with. There were literally 12 peas. So I guess technically it came with peas. After eating the 4 bites of fish, we went out for dinner after dinner. Luxury prices but not a luxury experience."

"This was a great hotel. The location was good for walking around. They offered valet parking which was convenient. There is a bar in the basement that servers coffee, drinks and breakfast for a free. The room seemed new and was clean."

"The facility itself was OK. Nothing special. More of the 3 star variety in my opinion. I will say. the beds were pretty comfortable. Not much of a front desk. More of a kiosk by the front door. Pouring rain and they had one umbrella. No bellmen. No valet and $50 to self park in the garage. The maid only made one bed for some reason and took a bag of snack food we had travelled with (that we weren’t done with!), but neglected to empty the trash can!! Out toilet clogged, we called for...
