The room was clean good and modern ( some reviews said the rooms were old ) The reception staff are let's say neutral but understand how stressful it can be to stand at the reception and have to deal with every single complaint including holidays booked on websites that have nothing to do with the hotel. "The staff was helpful and accommodating, able to confirm the bed arrangements in the room in advance despite having a policy of not doing that. The hotel is quiet, tidy and clean, centrally located and very close to the beach, bus station and city centre. The cleaners should have made an effort and clean the room or change the towels during our 3 days of stay however the overall experience is very positive."

"The property is functional and comfortable. I appreciated the in room AC and mini fridge. Right around the corner are restaurants and the town market and shops for basic needs. The beach is a 6 minute walk and St Lazarus is about 6 minutes in the other direction. The location is really fantastic. The breakfast is also amazing - delicious and hearty with great protein and coffee options. This place is a really great deal!"
