"Window was cracked completely across and literally packing taped shut. On the first floor, that's unacceptable. And there was blood on the curtain. Cleanliness otherwise was mediocre, about what I'd expect from a motel, not a hotel of this price point. Pool is tiny and freezing cold. The pictures show individual toiletries but they're not, they're the communal ones that other guests can do anything to, so you basically can't use the toiletries if you have any common sense."
