The only thing I would suggest is fixing the doors. Stayed in 2 different rooms and found that the metal plate added to the doors require you to use your shoulder to push the door open to go in, pull very hard to get out and when you close it you need to slam it.

We had a great experience at this hotel! The room was huge, clean, and had great amenities. We particularly liked the separate vanity area with makeup mirror so more than one person can get ready at a time. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was way above the standard “hotel” fare. 5 stars!

Clean and comfortable rooms. The hallway has an odor and carpet needs cleaned or replaced in hall area. Otherwise I recommend it for a quick stay.

All was great but they charged me extra for my emotional support dog. I’ve visited quite a few hotels over the years with my dog and never been charged a fee.

We stayed for one night in March traveling home from Florida. The hotel is very well-maintained - you saw it externally, in the lobby, the room we stayed in, the breakfast room - everywhere. We were greeted warmly by Madi at the front desk who was welcoming and very efficient. If possible we wanted to stay in a room not facing the I75 and she did some juggling to make it happen. The room was very comfortable, nicely decorated, spotlessly clean and as mentioned, well-maintained. Breakfast in the morning was great - lots of food, things were neat and clean and the person in charge was visible and made sure everyone was fully satisfied with their breakfast experience. We were very impressed with the hotel and our stay and will certainly stay again. No hesitation in recommending! .

The young woman at the check-in desk was absolutely phenomenal. Friendly, attentive & helpful, the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The hot breakfast was very substantial in choices and not too bad tasting. In today's world of shrinkinflation, the breakfast was almost as good as it might have been anywhere else three or four years ago. The only complaint I had had to do with the paper thin walls. By all means make every effort possible to get a room where your neighbor's TV set is not adjacent to your bedroom wall.

I hate to not leave a 5 star review because we did have a great experience other than one issue, and because of that, I have to drop a star. I told front desk of the issue and she ( I wish I got her name because she was excellent.. younger girl 2nd shift) immediately put us in a upgraded room, with no hassle and very apologetic. Beds were comfortable and shower had nice pressure. (Two things I prefer when looking for a place to stay) The whole breakfast bar was great, but the waffles are like no other hotel waffles. Very good! Extremely satisfied with all staff, very friendly! We will absolutely stay again!

Neat, clean, quiet. The breakfast attendant, Amy, was super sweet and so attentive - she went way above the standard of service expected! You could tell she is the type of person who loves her job. I don’t know what she’s getting paid but she deserves a raise! 🙂

Good choice for Comfort
Overall a good experience. Staff was courteous and helpful at all times. We were provided items that were needed without any issues. The lobby was a bit small so I couldn't have a large family gathering but that wasnt a problem. When I booked it was supposed to be a 1 bedroom suite, but I was given a standard room that slept 6 which was spacious and accomodated us comfortably. I didnt say anything because we had just come from the Baymont across the way since we arrived earlier into town than anticipated. The Baymont was extremely dated and not very clean at all. So, compared to that the Country Inn was by far superior. The rooms were clean and spacious overall. Very modern and it was quiet so we had good sleep for our whole stay. Breakfast was provided in the large banquet room and it was quite plentiful and delicious. In the lobby as you enter there is always Hot Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Tea, and cookies provided for free and that was amazing for my children, spouse, and I. We loved that perk. Also, to the left of the concierge desk was a tiny quaint store of various food, medicine, and necessities that I had to peruse twice. The laundry room was small with only 1 washer and 1 dryer but it got the job done. Overall, I would stay again. The staff was great and everything was honestly so comfortable. The little conveniences made all the difference. In the future I know I will always seek a Country Inn and Suites first when I travel.
