Par contre nous avons été extrêmement choqués de constater que la criminalité (dealers, prostitution, agressions,... et j'en passe, fasse partie du décor et, ce à tout juste 50 mètres de la résidence où nous avons séjourner et de très bonne heure il était 21h. "Het appartement is ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken, het is er schoon en netjes. Ik vond het bed aan de smalle kant, niet wat ik gewend ben. De locatie, midden in de stad is ideaal. We vonden het heerlijk om er te verblijven. Jammer dat er in het begin iets misging in de communicatie, waardoor de instructies om het gebouw binnen te komen pas na contact met Expedia via een mail duidelijk werden."

"The only reason I gave this a 4 star on amenities was because the shower never really got that hot. In every other respect I cannot fault the hotel It’s in the business district so not scenic- if you’re looking for that don’t stay here. I think it’s a relatively new hotel. It’s very convenient otherwise. The tram stop is a five minute walk away and they run like clockwork. The food court in the Cloche D’Or - round the corner is amazing and you can get everything. The staff in the hotel are love, friendly and polite. As other reviewers have mentioned the here is a free coffee machine- hence no kettle etc in the rooms. Breakfast is good. Also if you’re willing not to have your room serviced you get a €5 voucher to use in the bar ( 1 per day of your stay). I would highly recommend this hotel."
