We explored quite a lot of Barcelona and decided this was definitely the best area to stay as we were near so many local eateries. The room was spotless, thanks to the fabulous housekeeping team. "Peres, Adam, Alfredo and Kevin were so nice and welcoming as were the other staff members. The location were perfect and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The rooms were spotless and quiet. The room darkening shades were perfect. We did not have the buffet, but I’m sure it was excellent. The water pressure was very good and the toiletries were quite nice. I liked the sliding door separating the bedroom from the washroom area. "

"The room was very small for 3 people and no space to put luggage or clothes. The cot was a little dirty with stains which was a little off putting. However the staff were incredible and super friendly and really assisted with every need."

"Room was clean and tidy and big enough for two adults and a child up to the age of 10 Unfortunately our son is 15 and 6ft 3 so the made up sofa bed was not great this should be stipulated in the information for a triple room. The door to the toilet was far to heavy to open and close for me Breakfast was good but I would invest in a better toaster. Rooftop bar was great brilliant views all the staff were friendly and helpful especially at check in."

"The hotel is very dated, a proper renovation is required. it felt like I was staying at my grandmother's house. The walls are not sound proof. Other than the location of the hotel and the rooftop views, I would not stay here. The staff were lukewarm, borderline rude. Upon leaving, we said goodbye and thank you with no acknowledgment from the front desk. this is not the customer treatment I expect from a hotel of any rating."
