"The resort is situated in a quiet spot in a less commercialised area of Wailoaloa beach which for us was exactly what we wanted.
There is a convenient shuttle bus that for a fee will take you into Nadi town or other places of interest for a reasonable charge?
The gardens in the property are extremely well kept.
We stayed in the new building rather than the wooden beach hats. They were spacious and clean although quite “tired”. The bed was very large and extremely comfortable 10/10
The air conditioning worked well and was quiet and the fridge was old but worked well.
The breakfast was acceptable but no choice of types of tea which for me meant I had only hot water in the morning. If something ran out there was quite a wait for it to be replenished.
Note also there is no bottled water supplied to the room, you must ourchase this for $fji 8 - if you walk to the other wnd of the beach it is $3.30 at the supermarket but quite a walk just for water!!!
The staff seem pleasant enough but quite aloof it wasn’t always clear if they were listening to you or not. In the hotel Fiji time is very real so learn to chill and don’t expect anything to happen fast.
Food on site for evening meals was good and a reasonable price e.g. 42 fji$ for their Mongolian feast meal cooked fresh in front of you.
The BBQ night on Sunday with a live singer was a very good night , he was a great singer
