The property is on the shore and well maintained. It is within walking distance to multiple restaurants (not a short distance though).

Please could the very large magnolia grandiflora, (which is now obscuring the view from the bar on the third floor) be cut back. We used to be able sit on the balcony and admire the wonderful view

Beautiful location! Only downfall is they don’t have a “sandy beach atmosphere” but other than that.. it was beautiful & relaxing!
