"When we arrived it took a long time before we were acknowledged at the desk, even though staff could see us. The room wasn’t ready even though we arrived 2 hours after checkin time, and we were asked to come back later. Bed wasn’t made to expected standard - only had fitted sheet and grey cover that had stains on it (we had to ask the bar for more sheets). "Our cabin worked really well for our family of 5 adults for an interstate family birthday. Walking distance to family, the beach, lagoon and local shops and clubs. Water views. We didn’t use many of the cabin facilities as we spent most of our time elsewhere with family, but our grandkids loved the playground. "Clean room and the shared bathroom is cleaned as well. Comes with big TV, a fridge and a few drinks and tea bags so really can't complain. Very nice stay, will come again next time"

"Don't take shared bathroom room as there is no bathroom at first floor and only second floor. There is bar ground floor, very busy and noisy. Friday and Sunday they have live music which runs around 12 I think, so difficult to sleep till that time. Rooms are well maintained, bed was cosy. Just linens you get and no extra amenities. Location is perfect. The receipensionist was very helpful and listening, helped us with our issues very efficiently."
